Finch Campus: 1080 Finch Avenue East This campus is in the Tri Congregational Church conveniently located near the Leslie and Finch intersection and only a few minutes from both the 401 and the Don Valley Parkway. Public transportation stops right at our door and the Go station and parking lot is a five-minute walk away. Ample parking is available for parents behind the building where the entrance to the school is located. |

Inside, Northwood has three bright and sunny rooms – one large room for our Kindergarten children and two smaller ones with a self-contained washroom for the Nursery Program. There is gym for our physical education, music and drama programs, and a roomy foyer with two large washrooms and a separate cloakroom. A staff lounge is available for parent conferences and nursing mothers. For outdoor play we use a playground off the Kindergarten room as well as the rolling lawns at the back of the church. In the summer months, the children participate in the garden project run by the church. Although Northwood does not have any religious affiliation to the church, the relationship between the school and the church is excellent. The building is well maintained and very clean. |
