Registration Procedures For New Students:

1. The child and their parents should pay a visit to the school to meet the director and staff before registration is finalized.

2. Please submit the completed registration form with a non-refundable registration fee as per Registration Policies document.

3. Acceptance to Northwood is conditional upon the completion of the parent/school agreement, other required forms and the payment of the remaining school fees by post-dated cheques before the child attends school.

Cheques are made payable to Northwood Academy with the child's name clearly printed on the front of each cheque.

1. 5% discount for each sibling enrolled in the same school year.  The lower tuition fee will be reduced.  (Parent & Tot Program and St. Agnes Before and After School program are excluded)
2. 5% discount for fees paid in full before child attends school if the child is enrolled in the school beginning in September.  The child must be enrolled for a full school year (10 months) for a minimum of 5 half days to qualify for this discount.

A tax receipt for the tuition fees received by December 31st 2003 will be issued in Feburary 2004 of the following year (not applicable for Parent & Tot Program).

1. There are no refunds or credits given for a child's absence for any reason.
2. There is no refund of the June 2004 payment or the registrtion fee after the child is accepted by the school.  If a child is not accepted by Northwood all money will be refunded less the registration fee.
3. With a minimum of 30 days written notice of the intended withdrawal or reduction of a program all unearned tuition fees after these 30 days will be returned less the June 2004 payment and the registration fee.  The 5% discount for fees paid in full will no longer be valid and the refund be determined as if full fees were owing.
4. There are no refunds for withdrawals after March 1st 2004.
